I’m back and with some turkey!

Sorry about now doing any blogging lately.  Work has been both awesome and busy at the same time!  I am now full time chef and working in the kitchen!  Which that happened a while back but its obviously been a while since my last post.  Thanksgiving is next week and I’m already cooking turkeys and everything that goes with them!

College Football is back!!!

If you really know me then you know that I’m a huge Florida Gators fan!  We started the season off playing Hawaii and pretty much kicked their butts 56-10!  Looking forward to the rest of the season!

Chef Matt is soon to be….

Paul had another talk with me the other day about working in the kitchen…..a week or so prior we had a talk about it and he wanted me to work on a few things before I started working in the kitchen.  He told me that he had seen a total turn around from me and to go buy some chef pants!!!!  It might be another week or so before I’m in the kitchen full time just because of the staff being really short on delivery drivers right now.  Thats just fine with me though cause now its time to roll up the sleeves and get to cooking….
